Official FAQ

Quick answers about Trace & Anchor operations, compliance, and MLRCOIN-O utility token usage.

How does Trace & Anchor protect my files?

We only process a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of your file, then anchor that fingerprint on Solana with a timestamp. This creates verifiable proof of existence at a specific date.

Do you store my original files?

No. The platform is hash-only by design. Original files are not transmitted or stored for anchoring operations.

Is Trace & Anchor custodial?

No. Trace & Anchor is non-custodial. Users keep control of their own wallets and private keys.

Is the token financial or speculative?

No. MLRCOIN-O is defined as a utility token intended for functional access to Trace & Anchor services, without financial purpose.

What is the difference between Help Center and FAQ?

FAQ provides immediate answers to common questions. The Help Center lets you contact support with technical, legal, billing, or account requests.

Where can I read official definitions (eIDAS, MiCA, RGPD/GDPR, etc.)?

Use the Glossary page. It is the normative terminology reference for the MLRCOIN-O Regulatory White Paper v3.0.

How fast do you reply to support requests?

Support requests are typically handled within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

Can I attach a file when contacting support?

Yes. You can attach a supporting file directly from the Help Center form.
