Data Protection — Trace & Anchor
This Privacy Policy explains how Delta Multimedia France (DMMF / D2MF) collects, processes, and protects your personal data when you use the Trace & Anchor platform, its blockchain anchoring services, and related web interfaces (collectively “the Services”). By accessing or using these Services, you agree to the data practices described here.
- • Your email address (newsletters, forms, support)
- • Your IP address and browsing data on our website
- • Pseudonymized identifiers of anchoring files or generated certificates
- • Digital fingerprints (hashes) of uploaded documents — not readable or usable by D2MF
- • Public anchoring references (TXID, timestamp, QR code)
- • Cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and security
- • Provide document timestamping and certification services
- • Maintain a record and history of your certificates or deposits
- • Communicate with you (support, notifications, service updates)
- • Perform technical analyses for performance and security improvements
- • Prevent abuse or forgery of digital proofs of ownership
- • No sensitive data or original document is shared without your explicit consent — especially in Trace & Anchor Pro, which offers full user control.
- • Technical purposes (display settings, security, preferences)
- • Anonymous statistics (page views, visit durations)
- • You can refuse cookies in your browser (some features may be limited).
D2MF collaborates with specialized technical partners for:
- • Anchoring data on partner blockchains (e.g., Verge)
- • Performing technical performance analyses or server maintenance
- • These third parties never access original documents and only handle technical execution under contract with D2MF.
D2MF implements high‑level security measures (firewalls, encryption, restricted access). However, no internet transmission is entirely risk‑free. You acknowledge the inherent technical risks of a distributed blockchain system, such as:
- • Loss of private keys
- • Incorrect transaction addresses
Trace & Anchor services are not intended for minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
Some technical data (e.g., hashes, TXIDs, public blockchain addresses) may be transmitted through servers outside the EU depending on the blockchains used. By using our Services, you consent to these transfers as technically necessary.
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to reflect:
- • Evolving services
- • Regulatory changes
Updates will be published on this page with the revision date indicated. Continuing to use the Services implies acceptance of the new version.
To ensure smooth operation on partner blockchains (such as Verge), an automatic provision in public tokens (XVG or equivalents) is triggered whenever the platform reaches €20,000 in revenue. These tokens are used solely to cover blockchain transaction fees.
No internal utility token or proprietary cryptocurrency is issued or used in the Trace & Anchor ecosystem. A MiCA license application is being prepared for early 2027 in full EU compliance.
