This policy defines the conditions under which Trace & Anchor, published by Delta Multimedia France (D2MF), may consider refunds related to the use of its blockchain anchoring and timestamped digital certificate generation services. By using our services, you explicitly agree to the terms of this refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Blockchain anchoring and certificate generation are technical and irreversible operations, as they involve:

  • Timestamped blockchain transactions
  • External digital resources on public networks

Therefore, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of proven technical failure attributable to our platform — for example:

  • Failed blockchain registration
  • Timestamping errors
  • File not supported despite being listed as compatible

Eligibility for a refund is determined solely at D2MF’s discretion, on a case‑by‑case basis.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact:

  • Date and time of service use
  • Name of the affected file
  • Certificate reference (TXID or QR code)
  • Description of the technical problem

All refund requests are reviewed in good faith, but additional documents or evidence may be requested.

4. Exclusions and Limitations
  • User error (wrong file, wrong version, or misuse)
  • Lack of technical understanding of blockchain anchoring principles
  • Blockchain transaction fees already confirmed on public networks
  • Change of mind or misinterpretation of the service
  • Private key access issues on the Trace & Anchor Pro version
  • No liability for user‑side security or key management issues
5. Payment Disputes
  • Suspend access to Trace & Anchor services
  • Initiate recovery or legal procedures if necessary

Users are strongly encouraged to contact D2MF first to resolve any issue amicably.

6. Policy Modifications
This policy may be updated at any time based on:
  • Regulatory changes
  • Evolution of partner blockchains
  • Adjustments in service or pricing

The current version published on the website at the time of use applies. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
